Hi, my name is Adam, founder and principal of Leading English. 

On Nov 2013, I visited many US cities like LA , DC, NY, Boston, visiting 12 different schools from K12, universities like Stanford, Princeton, MIT and Harvard, meeting my students studying in the States, talking to some of the teachers there of course:).

On May 2014, I participated in Spelling Bee Final in Washington DC with my national champion student, Xiyuan Wang, who ranked No 47 out of 281 top spellers worldwide. What great fun experience!

My purpose is to establish more direct relationships with American schools, to make my business more international. I know many well-run private owned language schools like Leading English are the bridges between the two different cultures. 

I feel my trip helpful, fruitful and successful.

Leading English is the language school founded and run by myself since 2001, after my stay in Wisconsin and Virginia for 5 years during 95 to 2000. From 3 kids up to now over 2500 students, over 50 fulltime English teachers , 13 years of school history, 

I feel proud and grateful.

Located in Zhejiang Province ,southeast China, Shaoxing is an ancient and modern city, watercrossed, with a history of 2500 years, only 1.5 hours away from Shanghai by bullet train.

Teaching in Leading English you will feel safe, interesting and co-operative. The most important is: small class, students here are well-behaved and eager to learn. We do Spelling Bee and CCTV English Competition every year to encourage students to speak up. 

We also have readers Club, Parents Meeting, one to one tutoring for some advanced or special students.

Job Status: full-time

*Passport of USA, CAN. Visa can be assisted to apply by school. 

*BA/BS Degree, qualification to get a working permit from the government. 

*TEFL,TESOL Certificate, with at least 1 year teaching experience. 

*Salary: RMB8000-10000/month, according to experience

*Teaching Assistant Provided: Yes 

*Teaching Hour: 20 teaching hours weekly ,8 office hours in our regular spring and fall program, 24 hours a week maximum during the summer, however, must be willing to work during most of the weekends. 

*Class Type: 8-16 students each class , students age: 5-18 

*Accommodation: fully-furnished, with Internet Access 

* Airfare or bonus: RMB8000 after finishing one year contract 

* Travel bonus:RMB3000 after finishing one year contract 

* Free Chinese class: Yes 

* Holidays: Paid holidays 2 weeks a year besides 11 National holidays
